This is a junior-level, temporary IT position for our downtown Seattle customer. This position is available no later than April 17th and will be full-time until September 30, 2013.

This position requires a thorough background check, including credit history.

Professional appearance & demeanor are critical.

Working experience with HotDocs is required.

What you’ll be doing …
The IT Specialist will use subject-matter knowledge and judgment to provide outstanding, hands-on, front-line service to staff.
The main focus of this assignment will be working with the Word Transition team to determine which documents need to be converted into a HotDocs template.

Our IT Specialist will provide support to staff on:

  • iPad/iPhone usage & applications
  • WordPerfect to Word conversion
  • User support, training, and troubleshooting services.
  • Conduct troubleshooting of Apple products or software problems
  • Perform multi-function printer replacement
  • Assist with conversion of district telephone system to Voice over IP (EVoIP) technology
  • Provide computer support to quickly and easily convert word-processing documents and PDF forms into powerful productivity templates
  • Receive customer trouble tickets, analyze and take corrective action

We prefer some background in an Apple environment that includes working independently with limited daily guidance. You will be expected to assist the client’s IT staff to become familiar with Apple architecture, supporting iPad and iPhone use, downloading applications, and maximizing employees’ use of iPad and iPhone functions. For the word processing conversion, experience with M/S Word will be expected.
• Educated. HS diploma; some college & equivalent work experience.
• Service Minded. You deliver customer support like you expect to receive it; with excellence.
• Availability. You have the ability to work Monday-Friday from 8:00am-4:30pm or 8:30-5:00pm.
• Clean Background. This client will require a thorough background check, so you will need to be prepared for that.
